DetailsThe Boomerang Cake Shop, was located at 189 (Pacific Highway) Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby and was owned and run by Ian and Gladys Andison from the 1940s until the 1970s. The family lived on site and the shop was a favourite with locals due to their delicious sponge cakes, meringues, honey rolls and strawberry and cream cornets, all of which were baked on the premises.
