TypeOtherDetailsCottage Point is on the southern shore of Cowan Creek, at upstream entrance to Coal and Candle Creek. Formerly known as Terrys Point where James Terry built a holiday cottage about 1880. Also known as Gerrard Point in 1894. According to Alice Windybank her husband Edward built a holiday cottage there and rented it to visitors. It was formerly known as Green Point.
